Look at the Bible message yourself

The Understand your Bible daily reading plan is designed to help you discover the Bible message by looking at the Bible text.

Each daily chapter page has:

a brief introduction to the chapter
the text of the World English Bible British Edition for the daily chapter
questions which are answered by a verse in the chapter
summary points for the chapter
a link to a relevant Bible theme or more relevant information
“Your notes” sheets which ask questions to help you understand the chapter

You can look at an introduction to the course or go straight to the first chapter.

An alternative way of discovering the Bible message is to make your own notes on Bible chapters using our “Your notes” sheets.

These sheets come from the The Understand your Bible website daily reading plan and enable you to make notes by answering questions on small sections of chapter.

Sheets for the first 49 chapters of the plan can be downloaded from the website.“Suggested notes” sheets are also available. These are “Your notes” sheets with suggested answers to enable you to compare your answers with the suggested answers.
